Join us for our 2-hour training workshop focused on evidence-based strategies to foster healthy eating habits in young children. You learn how to create responsive, supportive, and inclusive feeding environments that respect children’s autonomy, build positive mealtime experiences, and encourage exploration of new foods through repeated exposure. Grounded in research and practical application, the session offers tools to improve dietary quality, reduce mealtime stress, and make healthy eating a natural, enjoyable part of early education.
Workshop files can be downloaded here. Make sure also to check out our More PEAS Please! learning activities and classroom resources!
